Broughty Ferry

  • Address: District Halls, David Street, Broughty Ferry, Dundee. DD5 9BU
  • Rate: £50 for 2 hours (minimum Hire) then £20 per additional hour 30 mins either side will be added to your booking at no cost to accommodate set up and cleaning.

  • Address: Bill Fleming Memorial Hall, 16 Park Avenue, Dundee. DD4 6PP
  • Rate: £40 for 2 hours (minimum Hire) then £16 per additional hour 30 mins either side will be added to your booking at no cost to accommodate set up and cleaning.
  • Features:
    • Spacious main halls
    • Kitchen facilities
    • Tables and chairs available
    • Centrally located with good transport links
  • Ideal For: Community groups, creative workshops, rehearsals and more.

    A: Yes! We welcome decorations, provided they don’t cause damage to the property

    A: Alcohol is permitted with prior approval and the appropriate license.
